Order
No minimum dishes as such are required per order. However Restokit operates a minimum spend policy per order.
Yes! You can change your order anytime before we send the orders list to the restaurant. Each restaurant has a different cut off time, which goes from 2 to 5 days. Simply email us to: orders@restokit.com
Cold takeaway food and drink is zero-rated.
This depends from restaurant to restaurant. Typically it’s two to four days, however if you are trying to get hold of a box sooner than the time frame available to you for a particular restaurant, you can filter your search to only include restaurants that suit your delivery preferences.
Cooking
Cooking instructions can be found both on the restaurants’ page and also in the booklet inside each meal kit box.
It depends on the kit. Most kits can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours before consuming, from the selected delivery date.
Delivery
You can elect pre-noon service or regular service. With regular service your order could be delivered any time between 8am and 8pm.
You will be notified at various points in the delivery process, you will be given the option to leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place if you are not at home when delivery is attempted. Please note that in a situation with no neighbour and no safe location, the shipment will simply be left in the best place available and may be subject to loss. Notification cards will not be left, but the recipient will receive a email notification which will include a picture or description of the location of the shipment.
Each box is well insulated and is kept cool using ice packs, we endeavour to make deliveries as quickly as possible once the kit has left the restaurant partner to minimise the length of time food is kept out of the fridge.
We deliver nationwide, excluding Norther Ireland, Scottish islands, Scottish highlands.
